On the side of a bus today, the new advert for the Christian Church

“Make Jesus Famous”

um

That’s Jesus – the religious figurehead and icon
not Jesus – the Spanish barber in Old Barcelona

what?

Do they mean make Jesus a celebrity? I have to say he’d have an unfair advantage on Big Brother

“day thureeen in the beeg brootha house an’ Jesus is in the garden toorning the dook pond into vodka”

who’d vote Him out?

Hint for the Christians – the reason we’re not joining up is nothing to do with bad marketing. Honest

Actually, I’ve just tried to find the website and can’t, so I may have imagined the whole thing.
