I think of PJK's valiant attempts to join various women-only groups at Commonword. Once you've got the application form, there's someone who can advise on the pitfalls! I think the scars have healed. I spent much of the parade sounding like someone's mother, "He's going to freeze in those underpants! PLEEASSSEE let the sun shine, they'll all catch their deaths..."
